Warrior's Temporary Healing Potion (re-Edid)

I had process into edit of item's skill as a player informed me and I agree with his opinion,
about a during PvP use of it, now the Potion status are these:

It's power stay as it was (Otherwise witch is the meaning of it's exist and to spending Olympiad Token for it;!)

It's Re-Use time changed from: "0" - to - "7 seconds" (Also there is a buff effect and system message that show you an effect like a buff into buffs bar).
