Meet the Npc: "Exchanger - Gregor" as you can see in the picture down here and choose the section:
"Banking System"

Then as you can see in the second picture, choose the last exchange service of the big shop box with the icon of an Event Glittering Medal

Next, confirm the trade and... Shocked

the Dwan's Bracelet it's gone! Also you had re-saved your 20 Event Glittering Medal(s)! Very Happy
